Ms. Flora Arthur has a Master of Business Administration (General) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and holds a Bachelor of Management studies from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana.

Ms. Flora Arthur is a banker with 13 years working experience in Banking and has taught at the tertiary level of education in Ghana. She began her career at the tertiary level as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Cape Coast and Kwanwoma M/A Junior High School. Ms. Flora Arthur has worked with Opportunity International Savings and Loans. Fidelity Bank, OmniBSIC Bank and currently works with The First Atlantic Bank Ghana Limited as a branch Manager.

She is a founding member of the Big of Faith Outreach. She has a strong feeling towards the less privileged, Children with disability and the aged. Ms. Flora has been supporting the less privileged children and children with disability before she finally decided to formalize it. She has always been an advocate for giving equal opportunities to all.
